“Connecting the Globe・Empowering Transformation”! Liangyou Duoduo was invited to attend the 2025 China International Peanut Conference.
On September 12, 2025, the 2025 China International Peanut Conference, hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products, successfully concluded at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel in Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis. The conference, themed "Linking Global Resources, Empowering Industry Upgrades," brought together government representatives, industry experts, and leading enterprises from home and abroad to jointly explore new opportunities for the development of the peanut industry.

Zhang Yuzhong, Director of the Expert Committee of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products (at the director-general level), emphasized in his speech: "China's annual peanut production remains the highest in the world, but it faces dual challenges of international trade barriers and industrial chain upgrades, which require breakthroughs through technological innovation and open cooperation." His Excellency Ibrahima Sira, Ambassador of Senegal to China, shared the potential of China-Africa peanut trade and stated: "Senegal is willing to become a stable partner for China's peanut imports and promote the deepening of bilateral agricultural cooperation."

Liang Yanfen, former director of the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce, pointed out that global peanut trade in 2025 will show a pattern of "increased production in South America and diversified demand in Asia," suggesting that enterprises should diversify their market layouts. Li Yingshuai, a compliance advisor for China Food, detailed the new customs registration and filing regulations; Zhang Liwei, chief engineer of the National Grain Reserve Data Center, predicted that global supply and demand for oils and oilseeds will tighten in the 2025/26 season, with peanut crushing demand expected to increase. COFCO Futures analyst Li Zhengbang explained peanut futures hedging strategies, while Wang Mei, general manager of Liaoning Peanut Group, demonstrated through a corporate case how "combining futures and spot" can reduce operational risks.
The conference focused on industry practices, with the Laixi Peanut Products Industry Brain serving as a key infrastructure for the modernization of the peanut industry chain. By integrating big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence technology, it has achieved full-chain digital management from planting, processing to distribution and sales, providing solid support for building an efficient, transparent, and collaborative peanut industry chain. It is a model work of the Grain and Oil Duoduo industrial internet platform empowering the real economy and promoting the digital transformation of the industry. Grain and Oil Duoduo will continue to pay attention to industry trends, join hands with global experts to discuss the new future of the peanut industry, and inject new momentum into the upstream and downstream of the peanut industry chain.
