At the 2008 exhibition, a total of 758 companies from 20 countries participated in the exhibition, covering an area of 65284 square meters, and a total of 93020 visitors visited the Czech Brno Agricultural Science and Technology Exhibition (TECHAGRO). TECHAGRO is one of the top three agricultural fairs in Europe and the showcase of the most important agricultural trends in Central Europe-the use of digital technologies, precision agriculture, smart agriculture or navigation systems. It is visited by 130000 visitors each year, mainly from farmers, foresters and other experts in the field of plant production. Most of the visitors came from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria.
